Delivery and payment terms
The shipping cost within the EU is usually: net €18 / package.
You can also order our products with our convenient and fast home delivery. Our packages are delivered by DHL or Fedex/TNT to the specified delivery address within 48 hours, usually before 12:00 in the case of warehouse products.
When the parcel is dispatched, our system will send an email and/or SMS to the contact details you have provided in your order with the estimated time of arrival, the waybill number and a tracking link for the parcel.
Parcels are delivered on working days between 8:00 and 17:00.
Information about the parcel is also available from the DHL and Fedex/TNT customer services.
Once you have entered the parcel number from the courier service, you will be able to see the current status of the parcel and where it is in the delivery process.
Our delivery charges
Courier delivery charges up to 40kg within 48 hours will always be displayed next to the product in the webshop and will be indicated on the invoice issued after the order.
For packages over 40kg, we will always contact the customer to clarify the delivery charge.
In some cases - for purchases over a certain amount, during a promotion, using a coupon - the delivery charge will be waived.
Payment methods
Pay by credit card
If you wish to pay for the value of your order by credit card, please choose the payment method "Pay by credit card". In this case, the total amount of the invoice will be settled by Barion, where you can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).
Bank transfer
You have the option to pay for your order by bank transfer. When you place your order, we will send you an electronic invoice with the details of the transfer, the invoice number and the order number, which must be indicated in the communication field. The products can be picked up or delivered after the processing of the financial settlement, which will be notified by e-mail. As our partner, the payment term is 1-7-14-30 days
